Patient Portal
The Inspira Patient Portal is a secure account that allows you access to your medical information online. Through the Patient Portal, you can communicate with your Inspira Medical Group provider, renew prescriptions, manage appointments, access visit summaries and educational materials, and view your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health problems/procedures, and select lab results.

Individuals 18 years and older are eligible to create a MyInspira Patient Portal account.
If you would like to access records for a patient under the age of 12, please contact your Inspira Medical Group practice or visit the Health Information Management Department at Mullica Hill Medical Center or Vineland Medical Center with valid photo identification. You must be a parent or legal guardian with proof noted in the chart.
There are several options available to create an account.
- Self-enroll here. You will need to know your Medical Record Number or have provided your email address at an Inspira location during registration.
- Request an account at your Inspira Medical Group practice. You will need to provide a valid email address to claim your invitation.
- Visit the Health Information Management Department at Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill Medical or Vineland with valid photo identification.
Proxy access allows a legally authorized individual access to another individual’s health record under specific circ*mstances:
1. Parents or legal guardians with proof noted in the chart of children under the age of 12;
2. An adult caregiver of an incapacitated individual providing legal medical Power of Attorney documents or by Court Order.

For patients under the age of 12, full access can be set up for parents and/or legal guardians with proof noted in the chart by requesting an invitation at the Inspira Medical Group practice or by visiting the Health Information Management Department at Mullica Hill Medical Center or Vineland Medical Center with valid photo identification.
For existing proxy accounts of minors, at the age of 12, access to the medical information will be deactivated.
This is not recommended. Each person should have their own account.That way, you will always have the choice in the future to stop sharing your information with another person.

Are all my medical records available via MyInspira Patient Portal?
Currently, only selected parts of your medical record are available including:
- Laboratory Results
- Radiology reports including X-Ray, CAT-Scan, Ultrasounds, MRIs and Mammography
- Diagnostic reports including cardiology reports, colonoscopies, endoscopies, in-patient physician notes and procedure documents
- Inpatient and Emergency Department Discharge Summary and Instructions
- Prescribed Patient Education
- Visit Summaries from Inpatient, Emergency Department, Urgent Care and Inspira Medical Group Visits
- Medication List as recorded in your chart
- COVID-19 test results
How will I know when I have new results or documents available in the MyInspira Patient Portal?
Whenever there are new results or documents posted to your MyInspira Patient Portal, an email or SMS notification will be sent to the email address or mobile number you have registered on your account. The message itself will only be available on the MyInspira Patient Portal. To protect the privacy of your medical information, we will never send medical information directly to your email account.
When can I see my test results?
Information will become available at various times after your visit depending on procedure.
Where does my health information come from?
Your medical information is pulled directly from your electronic health record. You will see information from your visits to Inspira Health locations and Inspira Medical Group. It does not contain information from any visits to independent physicians’ offices outside of our organization, even if they are physicians who work with Inspira Health.
How do I view my health information?
- Click the “Health Record” button from the side navigation. Here, you can choose to view different categories of information.
- Results, COVID-19 Results, Documents, Medications, Procedures, Visit Summaries, Diagnostic Imaging, Pathology, Clinical Notes and Microbiology
- Under ‘Visit Summaries’, you are able to download a summary of your care for any of your visits.
What is a “continuity of care document”?
This is an electronic document exchange standard for sharing patient summary information. It includes pertinent information about current and past health status in a form that can be shared by all computer applications. A CCD provides a snapshot in time of specific medical information that can be exported to another medical record system.
What if my medical information is incorrect?
The Inspira Patient Portal information comes directly from your electronic medical record at Inspira. If you believe there is an error in your medical information, please complete the Request for Amendment of Protected Health Information.
Can I message my Inspira Medical Group provider or practice?
For Emergency or Life-threatening concerns call 911 immediately.
Yes, you can select “Send a Message” from the Dashboard or select “Messaging” from the sidebar navigation. You can enter your provider’s name or practice name, select subject and compose message. Please allow 2 business days for a response.
Can I send a message to the physician that treated me in the hospital?
No, you will not be able to send or receive messages from your care team. Any follow-up care should be directed to your primary care physician. If this is an emergency, please seek urgent medical attention.
What if my message is of an urgent matter?
If your message is of an urgent matter, please call your provider’s office.
How will I know if I have received a response or a new message is sent to me?
Whenever there is a response or a new message waiting for you on the MyInspira Patient Portal, an email or SMS notification will be sent to the email address or mobile number you have registered on your account. The message itself will only be available on the MyInspira Patient Portal. To protect the privacy of your medical information, we will never send medical information directly to your email account.
Select “Health Records” from sidebar navigation then “Medications”. Click the “Renew” button, enter the provider or practice name, check the medication to be renewed and then “Send.”
How can I update my personal information?
Click on your name on the Top Navigation on desktop or Side Navigation in the Mobile app to access Settings.Select “Profile” to update personal information.Select “Patient Information” to view data from the electronic health record.
How can I update my email address?
Click on your name on the Top Navigation on desktop or Side Navigation in the Mobile app to access Settings. Select “Sign in and Security” You can edit your email address, password and mobile phone number.
Is MyInspira Patient Portal Secure?
Yes, the Patient Portal is a safe Internet site as required by State and Federal rules. You can only see your health information in the Patient Portal by using your email and password, known only to you. Unlike normal e-mail, all Patient Portal messaging is done while you are securely logged on to the MyInspira Patient Portal. To stop unauthorized use, all health information is stored safely behind our firewall in our electronic medical record (EMR) system
What is your privacy policy?
Inspira has rules in place about the use of all health records by our staff and employees and has carefully outlined the only times under which your health information may be given to anyone outside the system. These rules follow state and federal law and are there to protect your privacy. Your name and e-mail address will be given the same care and privacy and will never be sold or leased by the MyInspira Patient Portal. Click here to view Inspira’s Privacy Policies.
Why do I have to have an internet email address to use MyInspira?
Your internet email address is required as your logon identity. Additionally, when new information is sent out to your MyInspira Patient Portal account you will also get an internet email to let you know that new information is available.
How can I update my notification preferences?
Click on your name on the Top Navigation on desktop or Side Navigation in the Mobile app to access Settings. Select “Notifications”. Youcan select how you would like to be notified when you receive message or results in your MyInspira Patient Portal.
What if I forget my password?
You can reset your password from the “Forgot password” link on the logon screen.
What do I need to use MyInspira?
You will need access to a computer connected to the internet, an up-to-date internet browser (such as Internet Explorer or Google Chrome), and a valid email address.
Can I access MyInspira from my smartphone?
Yes, MyInspira is available through an application on smartphones and tablets. To get the smartphone application, visit your app store and search for MyInspira. Or go to this page for more information and a link to the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Visiting Our Medical Records Department
Our Medical Records Department is only allowing two visitors in the office at the same time.
*If you are a patient in need of continuation of care records, have your provider fax the request to (856) 221-4180.
The request must be on the provider’s letterhead, and include your name, date of birth and the specific information required for continuation of care (exact dates of service will help expedite the request).
Requesting Copies of Your Medical Records Offline
An Authorization to Disclose Protected Health Information Formfrom an Inspira facility must be completed and submitted to the Health Information Management Department. A handwritten, detailed request from the patient will also be accepted in lieu of the Form. To expedite your request, please contact Medical Records at (856) 641-7581 to ensure all required documentation and information is included with your request.
Include your completed Authorization to Disclose Protected Health Information Form, a copy of government issued photo identification and copies of any additional required documents to the attention of the Health Information Management Department at one of the below addresses.

- Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill – 700 Mullica Hill Road, Mullica Hill NJ 08062
Present your completed Authorization to Disclose Protected Health Information Form, any additional required documentation and government issued photo identification to the Health Information Management Department (Medical Records) at one of the below addresses:

- Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill – 700 Mullica Hill Road, Mullica Hill NJ 08062
Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (excluding holidays).
Include your completed Authorization to Disclose Protected Health Information Form, a copy of government issued photo identification and copies of any additional required documents to the attention of the Health Information Management Department to the following:
